Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest accommodations and common areas to established cleanliness standards
- Complete cleaning tasks efficiently within assigned timeframes
- Create daily task lists and accurately record all serviced rooms or properties
- Inspect rooms for damages, shortages, or maintenance and security concerns and report findings
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good working condition
- Monitor and restock consumables such as toiletries and linens
- Respond to guest requests and complaints professionally and escalate when necessary
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations and company policies
- Ensure properties are presented in a clean, orderly, and guest-ready condition
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of floor care and cleaning procedures
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Willingness to work at multiple locations as assigned
