Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist clients with non-medical daily activities and personal needs
- Support light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment
- Assist with meal preparation and medication reminders
- Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and team members
- Ensure punctuality and reliable attendance for scheduled shifts
- Follow individualized care plans and company guidelines
- Perform other caregiving duties as assigned
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when required
- Strong sense of responsibility, patience, and empathy
- Reliable and punctual with consistent attendance
- Willingness to work overtime and flexible schedules as needed
- Ability to build professional and trusting relationships with clients
- Must complete paid orientation and training
