Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain interior and exterior areas, including offices, common spaces, and vacant apartments
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing
- Maintain common areas including hallways, lounges, stairwells, restrooms, and parking lots
- Assist with deep cleaning and preparation of vacant units for new residents
- Help maintain curb appeal through trash removal, light outdoor cleaning, and upkeep
- Follow cleaning schedules and safety procedures to ensure consistent quality standards
- Create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents, employees, and visitors
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Reliable personal vehicle available for use during the workday
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug test (including marijuana)
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, lifting, and walking throughout the shift
Skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Basic knowledge of cleaning tools, products, and techniques
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
