Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise multidisciplinary civil engineering projects from design through execution.
• Plan, monitor, and deliver projects within approved budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess needs and propose practical technical solutions.
• Prepare tender documents, analyze bids, and assist in selecting consultants and contractors.
• Prepare or oversee technical drawings, cost estimates, and validations.
• Coordinate on-site construction activities, including mobilization, quality control, and issue resolution.
• Contribute to infrastructure maintenance strategies and asset management programs.
• Prepare technical and administrative project reports.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards (CNESST/ASP) and environmental regulations.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing multidisciplinary construction or infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and MS Project.
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License.
• Valid ASP Construction Card.
• Membership in good standing with the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ) or working toward membership (asset).
• Fluency in French (required).
• Advanced English proficiency (essential due to international operations).
• Ability to obtain Transport Canada Security Clearance.
