Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise multidisciplinary civil engineering projects from design through execution.
- Plan, monitor, and deliver projects within approved budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess needs and propose practical technical solutions.
- Prepare tender documents, analyze bids, and assist in selecting consultants and contractors.
- Prepare or oversee technical drawings, cost estimates, and validations.
- Coordinate on-site construction activities, including mobilization, quality control, and issue resolution.
- Contribute to infrastructure maintenance strategies and asset management programs.
- Prepare technical and administrative project reports.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards (CNESST/ASP) and environmental regulations.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing multidisciplinary construction or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and MS Project.
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License.
- Valid ASP Construction Card.
- Membership in good standing with the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ) or working toward membership (asset).
- Fluency in French (required).
- Advanced English proficiency (essential due to international operations).
- Ability to obtain Transport Canada Security Clearance.
