Welder Jobs in Mexico. Al com LLC is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Welder to join our manufacturing team in Bonner, Montana. This full-time position is ideal for an experienced aluminum welder who takes pride in craftsmanship, quality, and teamwork. The role focuses primarily on Aluminum MIG Arc Welding (AMAW), with occasional TIG welding, to support the production of high-quality aluminum trailers.

Responsibilities

• Perform Aluminum MIG Arc Welding (AMAW) on fixtures, parts, ramps, and trailer components
• Conduct occasional TIG welding as required
• Read, interpret, and follow job orders and blueprint specifications throughout the workday
• Inspect completed components to verify accuracy, quality, and compliance with specifications
• Flip trailers safely with assistance from equipment or coworkers to complete welding operations
• Identify defective parts, incorrect sizing, faulty workmanship, or quality issues
• Maintain welding equipment and promptly report repair needs to supervisors
• Complete required paperwork accurately and follow established procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Comply with all safety, quality, production, and housekeeping standards
• Support Continuous Improvement initiatives, including 6S and Kaizen activities
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Proven experience in aluminum welding (required)
• Ability to pass an aluminum weld test
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and job orders
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and safety standards
• Physical capability to perform welding tasks in a manufacturing environment
