Responsibilities
- Fabricate and weld custom truck beds, flatbeds, and accessories.
- Build and install ranch hand bumpers, service bodies, and related components.
- Read and interpret specifications, blueprints, or customer design requests.
- Perform MIG, TIG, and ARC welding on various materials.
- Operate plasma cutting equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all projects meet quality and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment.
- Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy and durability.
Requirements
- Proven welding experience (MIG, TIG, and ARC welding required).
- Ability to operate a plasma cutter.
- Fabrication knowledge preferred.
- Strong understanding of shop safety procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or design requests.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
