Key Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to seniors in their homes
• Assist with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Help with daily living tasks including meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Engage clients in Interactive Caregiving™ activities to promote independence
• Monitor clients’ physical and emotional conditions and report changes
• Use company technology to document visits and share updates with families
• Ensure client safety and comfort at all times
• Maintain professionalism, respect, and confidentiality

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Willingness to work in clients’ homes
• Prior caregiving experience is preferred but not required (paid training provided)
• Strong sense of responsibility and reliability

Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic caregiving and household support abilities
• Time management and organization
• Ability to follow care plans and company guidelines
• Comfortable using mobile technology for documentation
