Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret production plans, drawings, and welding blueprints
• Fit, weld, and assemble parts according to specifications
• Perform welding on carbon steel components
• Assemble parts using measuring tools such as tape measures, levels, and templates
• Modify or repair parts as required
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation
• Replace and restock welding supplies (wire, gas tanks, etc.)
• Assist other departments when needed
• Follow safety standards and company procedures
• Perform additional tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Valid Welding Certification (required)
• Proven welding experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings
• Knowledge of welding techniques and equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Physical ability to perform welding tasks for extended periods
