Key Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including restocking supplies
• Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper waste disposal
• Clean and maintain common areas such as hallways, lobbies, and break rooms
• Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures
• Safely use cleaning equipment and chemicals
• Identify and report maintenance or repair needs promptly
• Adhere to health, safety, and company policies at all times
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with clients and team members
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to client requests efficiently

Requirements

• Previous experience as a cleaner or in a similar role
• Knowledge of commercial cleaning procedures and techniques
• Valid Driver’s License (required)
• Ability to safely handle cleaning equipment and supplies
• Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift items as needed
• High school diploma or GED
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when required
• Ability to commute to and relocate to Augusta, ME before starting
