KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Forklift Operator (Cariste), your duties will include:
Forklift Operations
- Operate seated and stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently
- Work confidently in narrow aisles
- Load, unload, move, and store materials accurately
Safety & Compliance
- Follow all health and safety standards and safe driving practices
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Operate electric forklifts in a modern, technology-driven facility
Productivity & Teamwork
- Work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Collaborate with team members to support daily operations
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and, when required, truck drivers

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Essential Requirements
- Valid Forklift Operator Licence
- Experience operating seated and stand-up forklifts
- Experience working in narrow aisles
- Availability for shift work (12-hour or 8-hour shifts)
Languages
- French: Proficient (spoken and written – primary working language)
- English: Functional level required for communication with some drivers and carriers
