Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and spot-clean floors to maintain a neat appearance
• Dust and wipe surfaces, fixtures, furniture, and equipment
• Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs and counters
• Report any damages, maintenance issues, or safety concerns promptly
• Work independently or as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently
• Maintain a professional and respectful presence in occupied office spaces

Job Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Dependable, punctual, and responsible work ethic
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties for extended periods
• Comfortable working independently and with a team
• Cleaning experience preferred but not required
