Key Responsibilities
- Perform welding operations including:
- Develop and work from less complicated prints and sketches
- Assist on more complex welding and repair tasks as needed
- Conduct liquid dye penetrant tests on welded components
- Maintain and operate welding tools and machinery safely
- Perform upkeep and maintenance on machining and material handling equipment
- Assist with steam turbine repairs, generator field repairs, and hand-working parts
- Mentor and train other team members as required
- Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in welding, machining (conventional or CNC), or technical assembly
- Ability to read and understand work instructions
- Willingness to work full-time onsite
- Ability to work Monday-Friday, with overtime available (not mandatory)
- Eligible to work legally in the United States
- Ability to pass a drug screen if applicable

- Proficiency in various welding techniques and metallurgy
- Basic CNC machining knowledge is a plus
