Responsibilities

• Perform residential and/or commercial cleaning services to company standards
• Work efficiently as part of a 2-person cleaning team
• Ensure all assigned properties are cleaned thoroughly and professionally
• Use personal cleaning supplies and equipment to complete jobs
• Follow job instructions, schedules, and checklists provided through the mobile app
• Maintain punctuality and professionalism at all job sites
• Communicate job completion and issues through the scheduling platform

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• 1099 Independent Contractor status (not W-2 employment)
• Reliable personal vehicle for transportation between job sites
• Own cleaning supplies and equipment
• Prior residential or commercial cleaning experience preferred
• Ability to work reliably as part of a two-person team
• Comfortable using a smartphone and mobile scheduling apps
