Responsibilities

Technical Duties:

  • Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
  • Assemble and weld stainless steel components using TIG (GTAW) and MIG (GMAW) processes
  • Perform finishing and cleaning of assembled equipment
  • Inspect welds and assemblies to ensure quality and compliance with standards
  • Report production errors or issues to the supervisor and document them
  • Perform polishing tasks when required (asset)
  • Carry out other related welding and assembly duties

Continuous Improvement:

  • Participate in improving work methods, tools, and processes

General Duties:

  • Attend team and production meetings
  • Maintain effective communication within the team
  • Support and assist colleagues when needed
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment
  • Follow all workplace health and safety regulations

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in TIG welding
  • Diploma (DEP) in welding and assembly or equivalent
  • Good physical condition
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Strong understanding of welding techniques and equipment
  • Availability to work evening shifts (Monday to Thursday, 3:00 PM โ€“ 12:20 AM)
