The ideal candidate will ensure that every guest enjoys a comfortable, safe, and welcoming stay by delivering consistent and professional housekeeping services. This is a full-time position with a minimum of 30 guaranteed hours per week, including shift work and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and public areas to a high standard.
  • Change bed linens, make beds, and perform laundry duties such as washing, drying, and folding.
  • Restock guest room amenities including toiletries, towels, and other supplies.
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish surfaces in guest rooms and communal areas.
  • Ensure cleaning equipment and chemicals are used safely and stored properly.
  • Moreover Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
  • Follow all motel hygiene, health, and safety policies and procedures.
  • Assist in preparing rooms for guest arrivals and ensure quick room turnover.

Requirements

  • Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel, motel, or hospitality environment is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and chemicals.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Availability to work shift schedules, weekends, and public holidays when required.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision.
