Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support tailored to individual client needs
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as grooming, dressing, and hygiene
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Help with household tasks including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
- Remind clients to take medications as required
- Assist with transportation to appointments, shopping, and social activities
- Monitor client wellbeing and report any changes or concerns
- Maintain accurate records and follow care plans
Requirements
- Valid New Zealand Full Driver’s Licence
- Own reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Permanent legal right to work in New Zealand
- Access to a smartphone for work-related applications
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
- Passion for supporting older people or individuals living with disabilities
