Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests at the front desk in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Answer customer inquiries in person, by phone, or through other communication channels
- Manage room bookings and update guest records accurately
- Handle basic administrative and front desk duties
- Ensure a high standard of customer service at all times
- Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs
Requirements
- Malaysian citizen
- Minimum age: 22 years old
- Willingness to work in shifts (3-shift system)
- Available to work on public holidays and special holidays
- Able to work as part of a team and follow instructions
- Previous experience in hospitality is an advantage but not required
- Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply
