KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Crop & Harvesting Duties
- Clean crops and work areas
- Harvest crops and seedlings
- Examine produce for quality and market readiness
Planting & Field Work
- Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
- Perform seed cutting and crop maintenance tasks
Equipment & Handling
- Load, unload, and transfer farm produce and supplies
- Operate and maintain basic farm machinery and equipment
Safety & Teamwork
- Follow farm safety procedures
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Requirements
- Ability to work onsite in Millet, Alberta
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience
- No prior experience required (training provided)

WORK ENVIRONMENT
