This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a state-of-the-art aged care facility from the very beginning, helping to create a safe, supportive, and enjoyable environment for residents.

Job Responsibilities
- Providing personal care and daily living assistance to residents
- Supporting residents with hygiene needs such as showering and grooming
- Assisting with mealtimes, including meal delivery and feeding support
- Following individual care plans and assisting with exercises or walks
- Encouraging and helping residents participate in activities and social engagement
- Monitoring residents’ wellbeing and reporting any changes
- Working as part of a collaborative care team
- Ensuring a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for all residents
Requirements
- Be available to work a rotating roster, including mornings, afternoons, nights, and weekends
- Be able to work 4 days on, 2 days off shift pattern
- Commit to a minimum of 30 hours and up to 40 hours per week
- Have experience in aged care or a similar field (preferred)
- Hold or be working toward a Level 0–3 Health and Wellbeing Certificate (advantageous)
- Be legally entitled to work in New Zealand
- Have a genuine passion for supporting older adults
