Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all farm activities including planting, harvesting, breeding, and feeding
- Manage, train, and supervise farm workers while organizing work schedules
- Monitor crop health and livestock conditions to ensure optimal productivity
- Maintain farm equipment, buildings, and overall infrastructure
- Implement health, safety, and environmental standards across the farm
- Maintain accurate records of production, purchases, and farm performance
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and buyers for smooth operations
- Demonstrate horse riding and training capabilities as part of farm duties
Requirements
- Proven experience in farm management or agriculture
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Knowledge of modern farming techniques and equipment
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
- Experience in horse riding and training is essential
