Key Responsibilities
As a dairy farm labourer, you will assist with the daily care of dairy cattle and help keep the farm operating safely and efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling and caring for dairy cattle.
- Monitoring the calving process.
- Monitoring animal health and identifying health concerns.
- Feeding livestock according to farm requirements.
- Preparing clean and dry areas for cows that are calving.
- Treating livestock health issues as directed.
- Milking cows.
