Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and oversee civil construction and building maintenance projects.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
• Review and approve construction plans, designs, and technical specifications.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, building codes, and safety requirements.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients and regulatory authorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction or building maintenance projects.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and site management.
• Ability to manage multiple project tasks and meet deadlines.
• Candidates who are available for immediate joining are preferred.
