Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as washing, bathing, and dressing.
• Support customers with shopping and meal preparation.
• Provide medication reminders and prompts as required.
• Help clients follow their daily routines and maintain independence.
• Offer companionship and support with social and leisure activities.
• Assist clients in accessing community services and attending appointments.
• Provide respite care to support family members and primary caregivers.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the care team.

Requirements

• A compassionate and caring nature with a genuine interest in supporting others.
• Ability to work full-time with weekend availability when required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and well-organized.
• Willingness to travel to customers’ homes within the local area.
• A valid driving licence is preferred but not essential.
• Right to work in the UK (please note: sponsorship is not available for this role).
