Responsibilities
- Provide land development consultancy services across residential, commercial, and industrial projects
- Work on large-scale master-planned developments, infill projects, and small residential developments
- Design and prepare high-quality civil engineering drawings using 12D
- Assist in managing team operations and supporting the Senior Civil Engineer
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Collaborate with clients, internal teams, contractors, and external consultants
- Manage project components, schedules, contracts, and resources
- Prepare and manage resource consents and liaise with local councils
- Uphold Quality Management and Health & Safety standards
- Support technical development, reporting, and administrative requirements
- Mentor and guide junior engineers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Civil Engineering or Surveying (e.g., BEng, BSurv)
- Minimum 4+ years of industry experience, including 2+ years in land development within New Zealand
- Proven experience using 12D design software
- Strong technical, reporting, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple project elements effectively
- Eligibility to work full-time in New Zealand
