Responsibilities

  • Provide land development consultancy services across residential, commercial, and industrial projects
  • Work on large-scale master-planned developments, infill projects, and small residential developments
  • Design and prepare high-quality civil engineering drawings using 12D
  • Assist in managing team operations and supporting the Senior Civil Engineer
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Collaborate with clients, internal teams, contractors, and external consultants
  • Manage project components, schedules, contracts, and resources
  • Prepare and manage resource consents and liaise with local councils
  • Uphold Quality Management and Health & Safety standards
  • Support technical development, reporting, and administrative requirements
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Civil Engineering or Surveying (e.g., BEng, BSurv)
  • Minimum 4+ years of industry experience, including 2+ years in land development within New Zealand
  • Proven experience using 12D design software
  • Strong technical, reporting, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple project elements effectively
  • Eligibility to work full-time in New Zealand
