This full-time role involves providing personal care and support to residents while ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being, including medication administration and assistance with daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Support residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Assist with medication administration and reporting requirements
• Help with plating and serving meals
• Maintain cleanliness in resident rooms and common areas
• Assist with resident activities and engagement programs
• Follow individualized Resident Care Plans and comply with organizational and regulatory standards

Requirements

• Certification and experience in medication administration required
• Ability to work rotating shifts (1st: 6 AM–2 PM, 2nd: 2 PM–10 PM, 3rd: 10 PM–6 AM)
• Availability to work every other weekend and holidays
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents’ needs
