Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily living assistance to residents
• Deliver meals and support residents during mealtimes
• Assist residents with hygiene needs, including showering and grooming
• Support individual care plans, including walks, exercises, and mobility assistance
• Encourage and participate in recreational and social activities (e.g., puzzles, games, table tennis)
• Promote a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable living environment
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet residents’ physical and emotional needs

Requirements

• Previous experience in aged care or a similar caregiving role is preferred
• Ability to work a rotational roster across morning, afternoon, and night shifts
• Availability for weekend, night, and shift work
• Strong commitment to delivering compassionate, resident-focused care
• Willingness to work 24 hours per fortnight on a 4-days-on, 4-days-off schedule
