OVERVIEW OF LANGUAGE, EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
Languages Required:
- English (Fluent)
Education & Experience:
- No degree, certificate or diploma required
- 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience in a bakery, retail, or restaurant environment
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Bakery Manager – Retail, your responsibilities will include:
- Evaluating and optimizing daily bakery operations
- Planning and organizing daily production and retail sales activities
- Managing staff schedules and delegating duties
- Overseeing inventory, product presentation, and customer service
- Determining merchandise and services to be promoted or sold
- Ensuring quality control and adherence to health & safety standards

WORK ENVIRONMENT
