Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned premises to ensure safety and security.
• Control access to buildings and facilities by verifying identification and authorizations.
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies and follow proper procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service while assisting visitors and staff.
• Report suspicious activities, hazards, or security breaches to supervisors.
• Maintain accurate logs and incident reports.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company security policies.
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a safe environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Hold a clean full Class 1 driver’s license.
• Be flexible and available to work rotational shifts from Monday to Sunday.
• Have the legal right to work in New Zealand (NZ/Australian citizen or valid NZ work visa).
• A Certificate of Approval (COA) is preferred but not mandatory (assistance provided to obtain it).
