KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for:
Security & Monitoring Duties
- Patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
- Operate and monitor security control room equipment.
- Observe premises to prevent unauthorized access, theft, or damage.
- Detect and prevent shoplifting and theft in retail environments.
Safety, Order & Enforcement
- Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order.
- Resolve conflicts calmly and professionally.
- Check age identification of patrons when required.
- Monitor establishment activities and respond to incidents.
Client Support & Professional Conduct
- Assist clients or guests with special needs.
- Maintain accurate awareness of surroundings at all times.
- Communicate clearly with supervisors, coworkers, and the public.
- Demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgement.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Requirements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Valid Security Guard License.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of security experience.
- Clear criminal record check.
Additional Assets
- Experience in corporate building security.
- Knowledge of residential security systems and alarms.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
