Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as assigned
- Provide companionship and emotional support through conversation and activities
- Help with meal preparation and light household tasks
- Support clients in maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
- Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families
- Follow care plans and company guidelines consistently
Requirements
- Caring, compassionate, and patient personality
- Willingness to learn new skills to better support clients
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliability and commitment to scheduled shifts
- Open to applicants with or without prior caregiving certification
- CNA, PCA, RN, New Graduate RN, LPN, LVN, or HHA experience is a plus but not required
