Key Responsibilities
As a Food & Beverage Attendant, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and adapting to individual guest requests and preferences
- Preparing dining areas to Rosewood standards before each service
- Participating in daily service briefings to understand changing menus
- Using our POS system for accurate order and billing management
- Collaborating with kitchen and service teams for seamless operations
- Working breakfast, lunch, or dinner shifts as scheduled
- Preparing and serving coffees, cocktails, wine, and other beverages
- Delivering outstanding guest service and creating memorable dining experiences
Work Environment
- On-site only – No remote work available
- Private and remote location in Hawke’s Bay
- Team environment with people of various ages and nationalities
