Responsibilities
- Perform welding tasks for farm equipment repair and infrastructure improvements
- Operate and maintain heavy machinery and agricultural equipment
- Use power tools for repairs and maintenance of farm structures
- Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops
- Operate forklifts and transport materials safely
- Support daily farm operations and follow safety procedures
- Assist with animal care including feeding and monitoring when needed
- Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained
Requirements
- Basic welding skills and mechanical knowledge preferred
- Ability to operate heavy equipment and power tools
- Willingness to work outdoors in different weather conditions
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor
- Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious
- Ability to commute or relocate to Aguada, Puerto Rico
