Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms and resort areas to established standards
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish guest amenities
- Vacuum, dust, sanitize, and maintain assigned areas
- Follow daily housekeeping checklists and timelines
- Ensure proper use of non-toxic cleaning products
- Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly
- Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping equipment and carts
- Deliver friendly and professional guest interactions when required
- Support team members to ensure efficient daily operations
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Good English communication skills
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an asset (not required)
- Must provide own clean, comfortable black shoes
