KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Painter at Young Fellas Construction Ltd, you will:
- Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces for painting.
- Repair cracks, holes, and imperfections to ensure smooth finishes.
- Mix paints to achieve the desired color, texture, and consistency.
- Apply paint, wallpaper, and finishes to both interior and exterior surfaces.
- Measure, cut, and apply wallpaper, vinyl, or fabric to walls with precision.
- Advise clients on color combinations, wall coverings, and material selection.
- Erect scaffolding and swing stages safely; attach rigging as required.
- Estimate material quantities, time, and costs for various projects.
