Responsibilities
- Collect daily assignments, keys, and prepare cleaning trolleys with required supplies
- Clean and maintain guest rooms according to hotel standards
- Replenish room amenities and supplies in a timely manner
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms while adhering to safety and hygiene standards
- Arrange and organize guest belongings with care and respect
- Coordinate with Valet Service for guest laundry, dry cleaning, and pressing
- Maintain cleanliness in corridors, service pantries, and other assigned areas
- Report maintenance issues promptly to the Engineering Department
- Ensure guest comfort and satisfaction while working in occupied and public areas
- Follow all environmental, health, and safety regulations
- Adhere to company policies and standard operating procedures
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hotel or similar environment preferred
- Basic understanding of cleaning techniques and safety practices
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently under supervision
- Good communication skills
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
