OVERVIEW OF LANGUAGE, EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE

Languages Required:

English (Fluent)
Arabic is a plus

Education & Experience:

Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience
Valid Qatar driving license is required
Strong geographical knowledge of Doha and surrounding areas

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Driver at ibis/ibis Styles/ibis budget, you will play a crucial role in guest satisfaction and overall hotel efficiency. Your responsibilities include:

Valet parking and secure handling of guest vehicles
Assisting guests with luggage or transport as needed
Ensuring the cleanliness and safety of all parking and vehicle areas
Monitoring unauthorized access and maintaining parking regulations
Supporting the Front Office team during peak hours
Acting as a professional and welcoming point of contact for guests
Reporting safety hazards, incidents, or unauthorized personnel immediately

WORK ENVIRONMENT

On-site only – No remote work
Fast-paced hotel environment
Multi-cultural team in an internationally branded setting
Front-of-house guest-facing role requiring polished appearance and behavior

REQUIRED SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES

To thrive in this role, you should be:

Physically fit and able to lift luggage or heavy items
Calm under pressure, with excellent driving skills
Attentive to detail and highly safety-conscious
Friendly, respectful, and professional with guests at all times
Familiar with hotel policies and safety protocols
Able to demonstrate a clean driving record
