We are looking for candidates who meet the following:

Education & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in food production management (preferably dates, sweets, or chocolate)
- Experience in sales, marketing, and product development is essential
- Strong leadership and planning capabilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As Factory Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing production, warehousing, and supply chain operations
- Managing product development, quality improvement, and new line launches
- Leading and supervising production teams and task assignments
- Executing factory strategy, expansion plans, and performance KPIs
- Handling technical breakdowns and troubleshooting
