Education & Experience:
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required
- 3 years to less than 5 years of relevant experience preferred
Key Responsibilities
As a Crew Dispatcher, you will be responsible for:
- Assigning personnel to equipment and scheduling work shifts
- Dispatching personnel based on schedules and work orders
- Reviewing schedule requisitions, passenger counts, running times, and distances
- Planning the most efficient route schedules considering peak periods, holidays, events, and construction
- Compiling and maintaining records of equipment, personnel, maintenance, and service reports
- Producing and managing detailed operating reports
- Processing files and paperwork
- Supervising and coordinating truck drivers
