KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Carpenter, you will:
Construction & Installation
- Read blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine work requirements.
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials.
- Prepare layouts in accordance with building codes.
- Build foundations, install floor beams, and erect walls and roof systems.
Finishing & Renovation
- Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware.
- Maintain, repair, and renovate residential and commercial structures.
- Work on wooden structures in industrial plants, hospitals, mills, and other facilities.
Safety & Quality Control
- Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
- Use tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Requirements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Minimum 2 years to less than 3 years of carpentry experience.
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.
Additional Requirements
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
- Physically fit and able to work in construction environments.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
