Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including washing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Support clients with medication reminders and administration as required
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe movement
• Perform light housekeeping duties
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Maintain accurate care records using digital systems
• Drive clients to appointments, errands, or social outings when required

Requirements

• Compassionate, patient, and reliable nature
• Good communication skills and spoken English
• Ability to provide personal care with dignity and respect
• Willingness to learn; full paid training provided
• Previous experience in home care, assisted living, nursing homes, or hospice care is desirable but not essential
• Basic understanding of dementia and Alzheimer’s care is an advantage
• Valid UK driving licence required
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred; willingness to undertake training required
• Physically fit and able to assist with lifting and mobility support
• Ability to work independently and as part of a caring team
