📋 Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance and daily living support
- Assist clients with walking, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Prepare meals and assist with light household tasks
- Engage clients in meaningful conversations and hobbies (gardening, games, scrapbooking, etc.)
- Monitor and report changes in clients’ physical condition, mental health, and behavior
- Maintain accurate documentation of daily activities and care provided
- Offer companionship and emotional support

- Experience in patient personal care assistance preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
