Key Responsibilities
- Provide attentive and nurturing care to children from newborn to preschool age
- Follow established feeding, sleep, hygiene, and daily care routines
- Support early childhood development through age-appropriate learning activities and play
- Ensure childrenโs health, safety, and wellbeing at all times
- Observe and report on childrenโs development, behavior, and needs
- Communicate clearly and regularly with parents regarding progress and concerns
- Perform light housekeeping duties related to childcare, including tidying play areas and managing childrenโs laundry
Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or equivalent caregiving certification
- Previous experience caring for infants and young children
- Basic knowledge of child development, health, and safety practices
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required
- Responsible, reliable, and professional attitude
