Responsibilities
- Provide attentive and nurturing care for infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children
- Follow established routines for feeding, sleeping, hygiene, and daily activities
- Support early learning and development through age-appropriate educational play
- Ensure children’s health, safety, and emotional well-being at all times
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding the child’s progress and needs
- Perform light housekeeping duties related to childcare, such as organizing play areas and managing children’s laundry
- Create a positive, stimulating, and safe environment for children
Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience caring for newborns, toddlers, or preschool children
- Basic knowledge of child development principles and safety practices
- Friendly, patient, organized, and responsible personality
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required
- First Aid and CPR certification will be considered an advantage
