KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Baker, your duties may include:
Baking & Food Preparation
- Preparing dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods according to recipes or customer specifications
- Preparing batters for muffins, cookies, cakes, icings, and frostings
- Baking mixed doughs and batters using ovens and other baking equipment
- Preparing pastry items for special occasions such as weddings and birthdays
- Completing special customer orders accurately and on time
Decorating & Quality Control
- Frosting and decorating cakes and baked goods
- Ensuring finished products meet established quality and presentation standards
Equipment & Operations
- Operating bakery machinery and equipment safely
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the work area
- Following food safety and hygiene regulations at all times

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Essential Requirements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to less than 7 months of baking experience
- Ability to work on-site (no remote option available)
Personal Suitability

- Physically capable of standing for extended periods
WORK ENVIRONMENT
