KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Welder at Nanak Auto Centre Inc., you will:
- Interpret welding process specifications and technical documentation accurately.
- Read and analyze blueprints, drawings, and manuals to determine welding requirements.
- Operate manual, semi-automatic, and automated welding equipment.
- Examine welds to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Determine the weldability of materials and select appropriate welding techniques.
- Operate metal shaping, bending, and straightening machines, including brakes and shears.
- Start, monitor, and shut down robotic welding lines safely and efficiently.
- Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing, and soldering equipment.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in production and safety processes.
