KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Farm Hand at CowMagic Limited, you will:
- Assist with daily milking of a 650-cow herd
- Identify and report livestock health issues promptly
- Operate and maintain small tractors and farm machinery
- Manage rota-rainers, effluent systems, and spreaders
- Ensure livestock are fed, watered, and cared for
- Work collaboratively with a small, dedicated farm team

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This role involves:
- Hands-on livestock care and machinery use
- Outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Early morning starts and physically demanding tasks

REQUIRED SKILLS & CAPABILITIES
- Dairy farming experience preferred but training available
- Ability to recognise animal health issues
- Skills in tractor driving and machinery operation (rota-rainers, effluent spreaders)
- Reliability, teamwork, and strong work ethic
- Commitment to animal welfare and safe farming practices
