Responsibilities
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to hotel standards
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms
- Maintain cleanliness in corridors, service areas, and public spaces
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to supervisors
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests
- Follow all hotel hygiene, safety, and operational procedures
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of housekeeping carts and cleaning equipment
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage time effectively
- Physically fit and capable of standing or walking for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and a positive work attitude
- Basic English communication skills preferred
- Must be available for immediate joining
