Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one personal care and assistance to clients in their homes
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as walking, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
- Engage clients in conversations, hobbies, and social activities
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Monitor and report changes in clients’ physical and mental condition
- Maintain accurate records of services provided
- Support clients in maintaining independence and quality of life
Requirements
- Passion for helping seniors and making a difference
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and families
- Friendly, patient, and compassionate personality
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions
- Reliable and responsible work ethic
- Previous caregiving or geriatric care experience is a plus (not always required)
