Responsibilities
- Perform pipe welding activities according to approved welding procedures and company standards.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, welding symbols, and project specifications.
- Prepare welding equipment and materials before starting welding operations.
- Ensure all welding work meets quality and safety requirements.
- Conduct welding tasks with minimal supervision while maintaining high accuracy and efficiency.
- Inspect welded joints to ensure strength, durability, and proper finishing.
- Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Support other fabrication and welding activities as required on-site.
Requirements
- Secondary school education with an industrial training course in welding.
- Minimum 5 years of pipe welding experience.
- Valid welding certification or relevant professional qualification.
- Ability to pass company welding qualification tests.
- Experience working in industrial, oil & gas, or construction projects.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong understanding of welding safety procedures and standards.
