Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the wine shop, restaurant, kitchen, and common areas.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors regularly.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, dining areas, and workspaces.
- Dispose of waste and ensure proper waste management procedures are followed.
- Refill cleaning supplies and report when stock is running low.
- Ensure cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines while performing cleaning tasks.
- Assist with additional cleaning duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
